Free Sponsor Upgrade

As a special promotion for our first year, if you book a room for at least 2 nights at our hotel, the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge, in our room block, we will offer 2 free upgrades from our Standard Tier to our Sponsor Tier. Upgrades are applied after hotel check-in at our convention registration desk.

Registration Policies

Name & ID

Anyone over the age of 18 must present a valid government-issued photo ID when picking up their registration. You must use your legal name to register for New Anthrodam. Your legal name will not be displayed on your badge if you select a badge nickname.

If you registered with a name that does not match your government ID, please update it: log into your New Anthrodam account, email a name-change request to reg@newanthrodam.com, or ask a registration team member to change it for you at the event. Photos of a government-issued photo ID will not be accepted at any time.

Attendees Under 18

Anyone under 18 must provide a signed and notarized minor parental consent form and minor guardian consent form, and must be linked to and accompanied by a parent and/or legal guardian who also holds a paid membership to the event.

Minors aged 15–17 must be able to present a form of photo ID, such as a school ID or driver’s license. The required forms will be posted here before registration opens.

Accepted Payment Methods

Pre-registration: credit/debit card.

At-door registration: cash, credit/debit card, and mobile wallet (including Apple Pay, Google Wallet, and Samsung Pay).

Refunds & Transfers

Registration is non-refundable. New Anthrodam is unable to issue a refund for any purchase made, so please ensure all purchases are made with confidence. Non-attendance for any reason, or failing to claim your registration at the event, are also ineligible for a refund. Only under extreme circumstances may a refund be possible, held at the full discretion of the event staff.

Registration may instead be rolled over to the following year or transferred to another attendee within the same year. To transfer your registration, please email reg@newanthrodam.com with the name and email you used to register, and we’ll assist you.

Code of Conduct

All New Anthrodam attendees, regardless of role or registration tier, must abide by our Code of Conduct.
